I’ve been trying, but it isn’t working out the way I’d have liked it to. I’ve had trouble, and I’ve found that people aren’t as accepting here. I think that it may have something to do with the base up there. Everybody is used to new people coming into Clearfield, but most people here have known each other for a long time. The other contributing factor is quite simply, I’m not Mormon. Everybody in Bountiful is, and they prefer to stick to themselves. Anyhow, it could get better, but I’m not holding my breath. It’s true, I have been holding on to the past, but I just need somebody to fill the gap for a while.
